Rae is a 2000 Holland graduate. He has attended Hardin University in Arkansas since leaving Holland. He holds a 2003 BA degree in Social Sciences. He got his Master of SEin History this summer from Hardin University. He is starting his second year of teaching here at Holland.

Rae was a member of the Hardin Football program fro 5 years. He will be using this experience to work with the Holland sports program.
