She has been married for 10 years to Samuel Cortez. They have two children; Samuel and Victoria. Priscilla Cortez graduated from Holland High as the Valedictorian for the class of 1992. After high school she attended Texas A&M University. In 1997 she graduated college with a BS in Bio-Chemistry.
